Delhi University MA Admission 2019 Course Lists and Eligibility Criteria

There are two modes for Delhi University MA admission 2019 – Merit-based and Entrance based. All postgraduate and masters course seats are bifurcated equally for merit-based and entrance test based admission 2019.

The applicants will have three choices while registering for Delhi University MA admission 2019 – merit-based only, entrance test based only, and both merit-based and entrance test based admission.

In all cases, it is mandatory for applicants to complete the registration procedure successfully for the master or postgraduate course.

The Delhi University respective departments will publish the admission list for both modes separately. Few courses’ entrance tests also have the component of group discussions and interview. However, the admission list will be based upon the aggregate marks (including interview marks).

Following is the step by step process to apply for Delhi University MA admission 2019:

1. Visit this link: https://pgadmission.du.ac.in/index.php/site/login
2. Click on the ‘Registration’ tab on the top
3. Complete your registration filling up the form and completing the verification

NOTE: Registration is compulsory for both merit-based and entrance-test based admission applicants

4. Again visit the link given in step one
5. Login using the ID and Password created while registering
6. Start filling up the application form
7. Upload scanned documents, photos, signature, and ID proofs
8. In the next step, you will be asked to select the course and your educational details
9. Click ‘save application’ and review the application
10. You can pay at a later date if you want or pay now
11. Make payment within the given deadline
12. Keep a printed copy of the application and receipt

Few important things to remember:

• Make payment within the deadline for the successful realization of the application.
• Applicants can apply for more than one course, however for each course applicant will need to fill the application form separately, and make the payment.
• No modification is allowed in the application form after application form submission.
